Good location, in the center of the village and less than 10 minutes walk from the cable car to the ski lifts. However, the shuttle service offered excellent lift to and from the gondola. Very positive note of professionalism, kindness and helpfulness of the staff, from owners to the whole staff. Good quality and choice of menus, both for breakfast and main meals: in the medium-high range of this type of hotels in Italy. There are rooms of the right size and good availability of huge space and furnishings. The common areas of the hotel are also good, with a pleasant room with always working fireplace and with ample space for children's activities in the basement. The parking is very good, also inside the building (garage). Overall it has positive quality / price ratio, and the hotel can be recommended for a winter holiday.

Exterior of the hotel is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.
We took Comfort room, while our friend took usual single. It turned out that her room was much better than ours. Everything is so old! Dust everywhere. Light didn't work properly. There are shoes spots on the walls. Bed looks like it will be broken once you turn next time. Breakfast is like nothing. Just 1 type of ham and 1 type if cheese, some cookies, juice and thats it. No warm food. This is Italy! Next day we cancelled our breakfast order and had excellant breakfast on the mountain for 8,5 eur. I would say that it's still possible to stay at this hotel. Location and exterior is good. But 140eur per night it definetly doesn't costs. Either they need to make renovation or reduce the price. I think resonable price for this hotel should be max 70 eur.

I loved the central location of this hotel; it made it easy for me to explore the city center. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was spot on. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had fresh pastry and good meats, eggs and cheeses.
Everything was spot on; I have no complaints whatsoever about my stay at this hotel.

Great location, close to the lifts and ski runs. Our room was clean and tidy upon arrival. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with our requests.
The hotel breakfast was a major letdown, with limited choices and quality that left us hungry after only an hour on the slopes. the walls were too thin, and it was challenging to sleep with the noisy chatter and music from adjacent rooms.

The soundproofing could be better. Guests may hear noise from neighboring rooms or street traffic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center of town. It was so convenient to be able to walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were wonderful. They were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request. It really made me feel at home. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious. There was a variety of options to choose from, including fresh pastries, cold cuts, and juices. It was the perfect way to start the day.
There was one minor issue I encountered during my stay, but overall everything was fine.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of a popular skiing destination and had a fantastic time. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. One great detail was how quickly they provided us with warmer blankets when we requested them. The location was also quite convenient, being close to the center of town with easy access to shops and restaurants.
The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was some noise from neighboring establishments. However, overall, this hotel provided a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was lovely. The location was perfect, close to the ski lifts and right in the heart of the town. The staff was amazing, very friendly and always willing to help. The complimentary hot chocolate and biscuits in the evenings were a nice touch and very much appreciated.
The walls were quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and the nearby streets could be heard. Also, the breakfast could have been better, not much variety and the coffee was not great. However, overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
